Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Woolino purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately upon completion.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
